As the experience design lead for the R/GA Ventures ‘23 class, we worked with female founders to deliver creative capital needed to drive growth. Our teams combined business strategy with creative thinking to accelerate businesses putting women first.

Ida Sports
Ida Sports has created the first soccer cleat designed for women to perform at their highest potential.
Mapping the omnichannel customer journey helped to identify areas of opportunity to drive customers confidently from product discovery to purchase.
On the website, we focused on highlighting the unique benefits of a shoe designed for women in key areas of the purchase funnel.
Sportsbox AI
Sportsbox AI is an AI-powered technology company that develops AI Coach mobile applications in sports and fitness, using patent-pending 3D motion analysis and kinematic AI technology.
We streamlined coach and student user flows to deliver a simple and effective onboarding experience.
We set out to make things clearer by defining each audience’s problem and how Sportsbox is the solution for it. With a messaging matrix that has distinct points, we created an easy way to explain what they offer to anyone in the golf community.
Curastory
Curastory allows athletes and creators to shoot and edit high-quality video, monetize their name, image, and likeness in powerful new ways, and distribute content to their video channels. With software automating the pairing of brands with creators, it’s revolutionizing an old manual system.
Understanding the user journey of content creators helped us create a new messaging system targeted for the creator or brand audience in the right marketing/product channels.
Curastory needed to get clear on its brand positioning. From there, clear and distinctive messaging paired with a new homepage flow, meant they could differentiate their message for their two audiences, creators and advertisers, making the experience of learning the benefits for each much simpler.
HER Galaxy
Her Galaxy is creating a destination for female gamers to build community, establish a safe space and, educate prospective participants about upcoming tournaments.
To help build anticipation and drive attendance for their first in-person tournament, we updated brand messaging, visual identity, and website.
